We had a bittersweet goodbye today as we celebrated Keylon Grissom, our amazing Educators Rising student from Arkansas High School and proud Fairview alum! 🎓✨ Throughout his time working alongside Mrs. Salazar during 3rd grade science, Mr. Keylon has been such a positive role model and incredible help in the classroom. From lending a hand during lessons to building relationships with students, he quickly became a favorite among our kids — they absolutely adore him! 💙🔬 To celebrate the end of his high school journey and his time with us, Keylon treated the class to donuts and juice as he said his goodbyes. 🍩🧃 While we are definitely going to miss having him in our classroom, we are beyond excited to see all the amazing things his future holds. We know this is only the beginning for him! Thank you for everything, Mr. Keylon, and congratulations on this exciting new chapter! 🎉👏 Good luck — your Fairview family is cheering you on every step of the way!

Fairview’s Annual 5th Grade Mural is complete! 🎨 Dr. Eaton partnered with TRAHC and visiting artist Angi Cooper to bring to life a beautiful wall showcasing native Arkansas wildlife. The students selected for this special project conducted their own research and created sketches in preparation for painting. They learned so much throughout the process and took great pride in their work! We wrapped up the project with a sweet finale—donuts to celebrate their hard work and creativity! 🍩

Our students worked together today to help make each other’s writing even better! ✏️ They collaborated by reading their classmates’ work and giving helpful feedback to make the writing clearer, stronger, and more detailed. We love seeing our students encourage one another and grow as writers together!
